Eating the Mediterranean way is delicious and satisfying. Eating the Med way has shown to promote health and decrease risk of many chronic diseases. This lunch and learn will provide you with Med hacks and tips to eat the Med way. Each session will consist of a short lecture on one of the 7 steps to eating the Med way and a live food demonstration of one of our Mediterranean recipes. Participants will learn steps to:

Change your protein

Swap your fats

Eat more fruits and vegetables

Snack on nuts and seeds

Make your grains whole

Rethink your sweets

The class begins Tuesday, March 15 and will meet weekly on Tuesdays until  April 19. The class will meet from 12 -1 p.m. via Zoom.
