Enhancing the Farm Working Community

N.C. Cooperative Extension is providing educational resources to keep you and your workers healthy and safe on the farm. An educator will provide a 90-minute training session that will engage your workers in hands-on exercises that will help workers retain information and change behavior in workers in order to stay safe and healthy.

Training Benefits

Meet EPA’s Worker Protection Standards (WPS) and Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) requirements.

Receive a training log of workers for record keeping and a Certificate of Completion from NCCE.

Location Options

On-Farm – Schedule with an educator to come on-farm.

N.C. Cooperative Extension Center – Reserve a spot for workers to attend one of the monthly training held at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Nash County Center.
