• Neither subleasing nor reassigning use of this property to others is permitted.
• Please avoid trespassing on neighboring properties when inspecting this property.
• The farmer(s) who lease the property must provide a certificate of insurance for at least $1 million general public liability insurance covering claims for personal injury, loss of life and property damage. The farmer will also be required to have Workers Compensation insurance as required by North Carolina law.
• The bid is subject to County Commissioner approval at the regular December 2025 meeting.
