Building a Culture of Preparedness

It is important to plan for weather-related emergencies before they happen to help your family, organization, and community cope during and after the storm. This free in-person session will cover easy free or low-cost ways to prepare your family, friends, organization and your community to be prepared before disaster strikes.


This Session Will Cover:

A collage of extreme weather events.
  • 4 simple steps to disaster planning
  • How to create a low-cost basic emergency kit
  • Ways to minimize the degree of loss or harm
  • How to protect your home, organization,  and other assets
  • Sharpening your disaster preparedness toolbox
  • Lots of free electronic guides, resources, and information.
