This workshop is designed for those who wish to learn about canning as a home food preservation method. This curriculum introduces canning methods and discusses best practices for safe and quality home canned products. This course will prepare you for boiling water and pressure canning instruction.

Pesticide Credits: 2 hours of D, N, X, O
To receive pesticide credits virtually, you MUST have your camera on during the zoom call at all times. There will be check-ins throughout the meeting.

2021 production meetings will be presented virtually; however, following the current governor in person executive orders at the time of the meeting, we will allow up 10 people per county at the address listed below. Being this is a multi-county meeting, Nash, Wilson and Edgecombe County will allow 10 people at each counties respective meeting site. We hope this will allow those of you with poor internet service an opportunity to join the meeting.
