Nash County is excited to offer 4-H Summer Overnight Camp at the
Betsy/Jeff Penn 4-H Educational Center in Reidsville, North Carolina.

CAMP DATES – June 20 to June 25, 2021

What we’re doing to keep your kids safe

BJP 2021 Covid Summer Procedures

Camper – $450  Ages 8-12

Adventurer – $470* Ages 12–14

Trekkers – $470** Ages 13–14

*Youth camp out for two nights (on-site).

**Youth leave camp one night to go rafting and mountain climbing.

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at registration to hold a spot.

Limited space is available – first-come, first-served.

Scholarship Information

This year, thanks to a generous donation we are offering a limited number of scholarships for this camp experience. Complete the scholarship application and email to Sandy_Hall@ncsu.edu or drop it off at the Nash County 4-H office.

Deadline to apply for the scholarship is now April 30, 2021.

Nash County 4-H Campership Application 

Schedule

Sunday, June 20
Depart from Nash County Agriculture Center at TBD.

Monday – Thursday
Daily schedule to include horseback riding, pool time, canoeing, rock wall climbing, environmental arts and crafts, hikes, and archery. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks will be provided. Also, there will be various evening program specials.

Friday, June 25
Breakfast, pack up, goodbyes, and departure. Arrive at the Nash County Agriculture Center at TBD.

Step One – Enroll in the New 2021 4-H Online

Before you can register your child for this overnight camp
they must enroll in 2021 4-H Online. Non-4-H members, please choose
“Summer Camps” as your club when it asks for your club participation.

2021 4-H Online Enrollment

When registering through 4-H Online, please select Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Overnight Camp and Member at Large for your club.

Step Two – Complete the Camp Registration Form

The 2021 4-H Camp Registration Form must be picked up at the Nash County 4-H office:
1006 Eastern Avenue, Room 102, Nashville, NC 27856

$50 non-refundable deposit due at registration
Payments must be cash or check payable to Nash County 4-H

Step Three – Final Payment

Payment balance deadline is June 1.
