November 18 through December 31, 2019:

Holiday season is upon us, and many people want to stay as healthy as possible-which can be difficult to accomplish with all the upcoming potlucks, drinks, snacks, and deliciously bad-for-you food! This year, let’s try to maintain throughout the season through healthy food and drink choices and physical activity (even short walks during lunch, the halls after work, or playing with your kids in the yard).
Registration is FREE and can be completed at any date (even after Nov 18)! Join our holiday challenge for weekly newsletters with resources and recipes, daily tips to eat smart and move more, social media support, and healthy holiday recipes. Participant information is not shared with county agents. If you wish to be added to a specific Holiday Challenge Facebook group or listserv, please email me/call/stop by the office, and let me know!! I must know you are participating and want to be added in order to do so. Materials come directly through Eat Smart, Move More, but we can create a support group to encourage each other through the holiday season!
