Program Begins at 4 p.m.

Join N.C. Cooperative Extension, Nash County Center and the Community and Rural Development (CRD) Council for their annual banquet, Saturday, November 9, 2019, at 4 p.m. This event will be held at the Nash County Agriculture Center, located at 1006 Eastern Avenue in Nashville. Our guest speaker will be Sheriff Cleveland “Clee” Atkinson, Jr., of the Edgecombe County Sheriff Department.

The goal of the Community and Rural Development Council is to collaboratively establish programs, provide resources, and set goals to enhance the lives of Nash County communities, residents, families, and youth. The banquet will honor the following communities who are a part of the Nash County CRD Council:

  • Nashville Willing Workers
  • Peachtree Community Development
  • Swift Creek Community
  • Winwood Community
