Step One – Sign up at 4-H Online
Before completing the Summer Camp registration you must complete the 2019 4-H Online Enrollment for each child participating in a camp*. Non 4-H members please choose “Summer Camps” as your club when it asks for your club participation. Instructions for completing the online enrollment are below.
Step Two – Sign up for Summer Camp(s) Online
Once the 4-H Online Enrollment is completed next go to the 2019 4-H Summer Camps Online Registration Link where you will sign your child up for the camp(s) they are interested in. Even though your online registration is in pending mode please be sure to sign up for camps.
Step Three – Payment
You may pay by check or cash at our temporary office location between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the office that is located in downtown Nashville. Checks should be issued to Nash County 4-H.

These camps fill up very quickly and are on a First-come and First-served basis.
Children should be dropped off and picked up at the designated areas and on time. Please be sure to sign in and sign out when you pick up and drop off your child(ren).
Ages are as of January 1, 2019. If the child is 5 years of age, we expect the child to have completed Kindergarten before the date of their participation. Our programs are not designed for 5 year olds who are in preschool or have not attended kindergarten.
Please be sure that each child reads and follows the special instructions and requirements for each individual camp. Additionally, make sure your child reads, and understands, the 4-H Code of Conduct – see below – concerning appropriate behavior, attire, language and respect for others.
Payment must be made at time of registration to secure a spot in the camp(s). Returned check fee is $35. All fees are non-refundable. Some classes require a minimum number of participants. If the 4-H office cancels a camp, for any reason, a refund will be issued. If your child is unable to attend a camp after registering, we ask that you notify us so that other children may have the opportunity to participate. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Abiding by these guidelines will assure your child’s experience is the best it can be! Thank you for participating in the 4-H Summer Camp programs and we look forward to having your child(ren) join us.
*If you have already completed a 2019 4-H Online Enrollment, and your status shows “active”, there is no need to complete the 2019 4-H Online Enrollment again.
