Do you have an electric pressure cooker or plan to get one and are not sure how to use it? This is the class for you! Cooking Under Pressure is a hands-on class and participants will learn about different pressure cooker models, appliance features, safety tips, additional equipment you can purchase, and tricks to make cooking a breeze. Participants will complete a recipe in the electric pressure cooker.

The class will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Edgecombe County Center, located at 201 St. Andrew St. Tarboro and will be held in the Family & Consumer Sciences Kitchen from 1–3 p.m. The cost to attend is $10.00 and the deadline for payment and registration is Friday, January 18.
