This 2-day course is intended for anyone with little or no medical training and who wants to be prepared for an emergency. Instructors lead this hands-on course using the American Heart Association’s research-proven techniques. They will demonstrate and observe the students as they practice administering CPR, using an AED and relieving choking. Instructors will provide guidance during the class and give in-the-moment feedback as students practice using these skills.

Students who successfully complete this training course will receive the American Heart Association Heart Saver CPR certification and will allow them to put their lifesaving skills to use quickly and confidently.
